Traveling has always been a passion of mine! Nothing compares to the thrill and excitement of experiencing a new city or country. It is also an amazing feeling to return to a "home away from home," aka a city or country that you have been to before and instantly fell in love with. I did not grow up traveling the world. My family only went on a trip from Sacramento to Disneyland once every few years! I got my first taste of traveling during my senior year of high school. I took a month off from school and went to the Netherlands after my Opa (Dutch for grandfather) passed away. I went there to meet our entire extended family and was also able to visit other European countries as well. This trip was life-changing and ignited my love for travel. I have since lived in other countries and travelled to several states in the US
